In answering the self-righteous Pharisees and scribes, who condemned Him for eating with sinners, the Savior spoke three parables, unveiling and depicting how the Divine Trinity works to bring sinners back, through the Son by the Spirit, to the Father. The Son came in His humanity as the Shepherd to find the sinner as a lost sheep and bring him back home (vv. 4-7). The Spirit seeks the sinner as a woman carefully seeks a lost coin until she finds it (vv. 8-10). And the Father receives the repenting and returned sinner as the "certain man" here receives his prodigal son (vv. 11-32). The entire Divine Trinity treasures the sinner and participates in bringing him back to God. All three parables stress the love of the Divine Trinity more than the fallen condition and repentance of the penitent sinner. The divine love is fully expressed in the Son's tender care as the good shepherd, in the Spirit's fine seeking as the treasure-lover, and in the Father's warm receiving as a loving father.

You can choose the plan type (default one-year plan, plan with custom start date, or fully custom plan), set the start date, starting book, ending book, and daily chapters to read. The system will automatically generate a complete reading plan for you.

How do I view today's reading content?

In the 'Today's Reading' section on the homepage, you can view the Old Testament and New Testament reading content for the day. The platform will automatically display the corresponding verses based on your selected reading plan. You can also click 'Read More' to view the complete reading content, or check the entire month's reading schedule through the 'Reading Calendar'.

What Bible version does the platform use?

We use the Recovery Version Bible. The Recovery Version Bible is translated from the original texts, characterized by faithfulness to the original, emphasis on spiritual revelation and life experience, and includes extensive footnotes, cross-references, and outlines, aiming to help believers gain a deeper understanding of God's word. How do I track my reading progress?

The 'Reading Calendar' on the homepage clearly displays your reading history and upcoming schedule in a monthly view. Each day's reading content is marked on the calendar, with today's date highlighted. You can easily view read and unread content through the calendar, keeping track of your reading progress at any time.

Can I export my reading plan?

Yes! On the plan details page, you can export your reading plan. We support two formats: Excel format (convenient for viewing and editing in spreadsheets) and PDF format (suitable for printing and sharing). The exported file contains the complete reading plan, including dates, Old Testament content, New Testament content, and other information.

What study resources does the platform provide?

We provide rich Bible study resources: 1) 1000 important verses, categorized by themes (truth, life, life practice, service, high peak of divine revelation, etc.); 2) Book introductions and themes, including author, time and place of writing, and subject; 3) Verse flashcards, helping you learn and memorize important verses through interactive methods.

What if I miss a day of reading?

Don't worry! You can easily access the reading content from any previous day through the reading calendar. The platform is designed to be flexible, allowing you to read at your own pace. You can catch up on missed content at any time, or read ahead for future content - it's completely up to you.

What languages does the platform support?

Currently, we support three languages: English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. You can switch languages at any time through the language switcher in the top right corner of the page. All content, including reading plans, resources, and interface text, will automatically switch according to your selected language.
